I love this healthy yogurt parfait snack. It’s actually one of my favorites since I love plain greek yogurt. It’s packed with protein and is super simple to make. Here’s the recipe for you to try out too!

Recipe for Yogurt Parfait with Granola
1 RED container plain greek yogurt
1 PURPLE container of favorite mixed berries- I used blueberries and strawberries here
1/2- 1 YELLOW container of Udi’s granola (I like this brand b/c it is gluten free and has few ingredients and calories than most brands of granola)
Drizzle with Honey or Agave Nectar on top
