I’m so excited about the NEWEST Shaun T workout that releases just in time for the Holidays! Although I did not have the honor of going through the program with the TEST GROUP, I can tell you without a doubt, that this program will not disappoint. No Shaun T program ever does. What is Transform:20?

Program Specifics

20 minutes per day, 6 days per week for 6 weeks!  

There are 3 Phases to the program:

Each phase gets a little harder and the moves more intricate. And the motivation, more impactful.

Nutrition plan:  The nutrition plan allows you to choose between our simple portion control system or 2B Mindset. Dry-erase Wall Calendar:  The dry-erase wall calendar will allow you to track your workouts and your Transformers on a daily basis.  

Transformation Journal INCLUDEDWrite your OWN STORY while using the Transform 20 program. Journal your progress and SEE RESULTS!

Transformation Tracker Sheets:  An important aspect of Transform: 20 is tracking your progress — physically, mentally, emotionally.  Therefore, in order to get the most out of this experience you  should download the transformation trackers and use them for added accountability to your overall progress!
