2 Weeks of At Home Workouts for Free

Sometimes life happens. Whether its sick children, travel or even weather, so it’s nice to have a way to workout from home. I’ve been working out for 9 years now. Before using these at home workouts, I used every excuse in the book as to why I couldn’t workout. So I know if it’s helped this “non-workout mom” have a consistent and convenient way to get fit, it will help you too.

Below you will find a list of some of my FAVORITE workouts I’ve put together for you to try for FREE. Most you can do in less than 30 minutes and require minimal equipment. You will need some light-medium weights for some workouts list, and if you have them resistance loops. But you can still get in a great workout even without the equipment listed.

1. 10 Rounds

Fitness Level: All Levels

2. Barre Blend

3.  Morning Meltdown 100

  • Hey! I am a friend of Suzanne’s. I thought I just had to accept/follow the “Beat the boredom! Sweat with Us” page on Facebook to get all the information you would be posting. I didn’t see the link at the bottom of your post on Facebook that lead me to this page until today. (I thought links would be posted daily with the workouts and food ideas.) When I couldn’t find the new workout today, I went back through the Facebook page and realized I missed it! I apologize for not finding it sooner and signing up. Is it too late?
