Strawberries and Cream Vegan Shakeology
Spring means strawberry season here in the Carolinas. My family and I love fresh strawberries so I am always looking for ways to use them in my Shakeology, protein tubs and other healthy snacks. Strawberries are packed with vitamin C and other health-boosting antioxidants, like fiber, manganese, folate, and potassium. Add this delicious fruit to your nutrient dense Shakeology packed full of superfoods, and you have a yummy winning combination! - 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened regular almond milk
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1 scoop Vanilla Vegan Shakeology
- 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries (make sure to back off on the ice if using frozen strawberries)
- Place almond milk, water, ice,Shakeology, and strawberries in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
