Slow Cooker Apple Chicken
I love slow cooker meals. Or as we like to call them in the south “crock pot” meals! Slow Cooker meals are the perfect way to actually enjoy a family dinner when your busy mom life gets out of control with sports, choir practice, piano, church activities, and the list could go on and on. You fill in the blank. So here’s a recipe that a friend in my fit community shared with me, and now I’m sharing it with you! You only need a few ingredients and less than 10 minutes to throw it all in and walk away and FORGET IT until dinner time. For sides, you could add quinoa, brown rice, carrots, or even a spinach salad. The options are endless! Check out the video BELOW how to put it all together, as well as a GROCERY tip for how to save money on this meal! ENJOY!
