One of the BEST things I ever did for myself was create a morning routine. I was reluctant at first to start my own morning routine because I’ve never considered myself to be a “morning person”! But what I found was that when I got up early and did my workout, as well as made time for my quiet time and journaling, I was more energized person throughout the day.

Every morning, Jericho will lead you through a 20- to 30-minute workout that can help you rev up your metabolism, burn fat all day, and build your best body ever — all working toward helping you live your BEST LIFE.

I’ve tested this workout several times already. I like the short workouts that can be finished in 30 minutes or less. I like the variety of workouts. I like that not one workout is repeated so you won’t get bored. And I love the fun music with the LIVE DJ! Check out my “test’ below:
