As a mom, I understand the struggle of meal prep. Meal prepping for success wasn’t an easy concept for me to learn. But once I learned a few tricks it made it much simpler. The clients that I work with also once struggled with meal prep. Why? Because they are also busy moms. Because it doesn’t come natural. And because life often gets in the way of our best intentions.

3 Tips to Meal Prep for Success
1. Take an inventory of the foods you have in the refrigerator, freezer, and pantry already. Then look for recipes that include the foods you already have on hand. This will keep you from over spending at the grocery store. Takes about 30 minutes once a week.
2. Then create your meal plan for the week based on the foods you already have on hand. (please watch video for more details on how I do this)
3. Make a grocery list of the additional items you need to fill in the gaps or stables that need to be replaced.
—->BONUS TIP- STICK TO THE PLAN! Avoid spending extra money going through the drive through. Once you have your plan in place try not to deviate from it.
