Iced Mocha Shakeology
Do you love iced mochas? Or even just coffee period? Me too! In fact, the older I get the more I enjoy coffee. But too much coffee is not a good thing. One of my favorite ways to enjoy my morning cafe, especially in the summer, is to make this delicious iced mocha shake! It has all the wonderful taste of a coffee house speciality drink but this one is packed full of nutrition! With only 158 calories, I am staying on track with my eating and satisfying my coffee taste buds at the same time! It’s the perfect for me to start my day with extra energy and fills me up with the “fuel” I need for my day!

Ingredients:
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup brewed coffee, cooled
4 ozs of water
½ cup ice (add more to taste)
Preparation:
1. Place almond milk, brewed coffee, cocoa, Shakeology, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
