Singing is NOT just about good technique, practice time and rehearsals. Every good singer or speaker knows that you aren’t just using your voice to deliver the message of a song or speech, but you are using your whole body. Think about it for a minute. When you perform, lead in worship, teach or speak you are animated, you are moving, and you are constantly thinking about what you need to do next so that you can connect with your audience better. All that physical and mental activity can be exhausting!
