Cherries and Chocolate Smoothie
Cherries and Chocolate smoothie is a great way to enjoy the benefits of vitamins and minerals! Cherries contain many anti-inflammatory compounds, and research suggests they may help to relieve pain from inflammatory osteoarthritis. Since I have arthritis in my left big toe due to an accident I had 10 years ago, I need foods in my diet that help reduce inflammation! They are also packed full of anthocyanin that helps to prevent cancer~ and that is super important to me since cancer runs in my family. Here’s a tip–buy them frozen whole and pitted at Trader Joe’s for a bargain price to use in this delicious smoothie each day! ENJOY!

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
½ cup frozen unsweetened black cherries, pitted
½ cup ice
1. Place all ingredients in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth. ENJOY!
