Apple Crisp; Dessert or Breakfast?
As a coach, I am always looking for new recipes for my challengers. This one immediately caught my eye when I saw it. Why? Because it only has 4 ingredients, requires little prep time and looks like it would be great as a healthy dessert or even breakfast. In fact, I’m making this delicious recipe for my family to enjoy this Thanksgiving, but you can enjoy it for any holiday meal. It features apples, oats, walnuts and a little maple syrup. I don’t know, you decide!
